The Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is Mississippi's first Museum for the 21st Century. Following a three-screen multi-media program narrated by native Mississippian Robin Roberts of ESPN, visitors can access archival footage and more than 900 interviews on interactive touchscreens located throught the 21,542 square foot facility. Visitors can test their skills in participatory exhibits for golf, soccer, football and baseball or perform arthrscopic surgery in the sports medicine room or "be the broadcaster" in the press box simulator. The museum is open Monday thru Saturday 10am-4pm.
